Agreement
By using Ginink or this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. Ginink is proprietary software owned and operated by farhaankhan. If you do not agree, do not use the application or this site.
License and ownership
Ginink, including its source code, design, user interface, logos, and the proprietary .gin project format, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Ginink for personal or professional writing purposes. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, sublicense, or create derivative works of Ginink without written permission.
Your content
You retain full ownership of all writing and creative content you create in Ginink. We claim no rights over your manuscripts, notes, or exported files. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your work.
Development status
Ginink is currently in alpha. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. Alpha users understand that the software is provided on an as-is basis during this period.
Disclaimer of warranties
Ginink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, farhaankhan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ginink, including loss of data or writing content. Your sole remedy is to stop using the application.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Ginink services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
